Based on the age and condition of the existing unit, replacement was recommended as the best solution. I presented the customer with three different options to address the issue, explaining the available solutions so the customer could make an informed decision. After reviewing the options, the customer selected Option 2, which included the installation of a new 1/2 HP garbage disposal.
