Diagnosed leak underneath kitchen sink. Found faucet to be leaking and following pipes down. Leaking on base and soaking wood area holding faucet. Shut off water to home, removed old kitchen faucet, installed new kitchen faucet and as a courtesy replaced both hot and cold shut off valves. Tested new faucet for proper operation. No leaks found from faucet. Also noticed since wood below is still soaked, may be some residual water that drips down as it drys out. Also sealed counter to sink to not allow any water into cabinet below. Customer did not want me to check heater and water pressure today

Diagnosed leaks through ceiling. Checked bathroom above and ran water from all fixtures. Could not get leak to recreate. Toilet is secured and no water at base, and tub has no signs of leaks. As courtesy traced stains and told tenants to use bathroom like normal and track area to see if stain is spreading passed marked area. If leak is growing recommend next step to cut on ceiling above kitchen table and checking for source of leak. Hallway bathroom is right above leaking area and tenant has informed me that toilet has overflowed at times and water has been spilled on floor from time to time.

Duluth, GA - Customer stated that was leaking. Found that toilet was leaking onto ceiling below and also found water around base of toilet. Pulled toilet. Found that there was no screws for the flange so went ahead and screwed down flange. Reset toilet and tested. At this time toilet wasn’t leaking and toilet was flushing as it should. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned out our area. Also recommended to use toilet heavily to confirm that there is no leaks

I had excellent service and communication from the moment I contacted the company on the phone to the arrival of the technician Cody Ard, he was patient in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. Great customer service considering I needed same day service and fair pricing. I highly recommend Chen Pluming for any of your plumbing needs. I serve on our HOA and will gladly share my experience with fellow neighbors.
