Customer stated that when laundry was draining, they are gurgling in kitchen sink. Looked around and in water heater closet in garage found that whole house was tied in on a two way clean out. Stated to customer that that is not up to code and will need to be removed and have directional flow. Customer agreed. Went ahead and started to cut out tee fitting and found that whole house was backed up at that point. Drain down water and cut out tee. Got kitchen and laundry side connected and was attempting to connect upstairs stack but glue joint failed on a 90 and had to remove water heater and whole house filtration system in order to access. Replace section of drain and connected to main stack leaving home. Also installed new water heater because old water heater was nine years old and relocated where main house filtration system is. Cleaned up waterlines in closet. Tested all work and no leaks were present at this time. Set water pressure to 65 psi. As we were bleeding all air in line fo
