Customer stated that toilet was rocking. Recommended to customer to pull and reset toilet and customer agreed. Went ahead and pull toilet and inspected flange. Flange looked OK went ahead and put a new wax ring and new bolts and reset toilet. Test the toilet and no leaks were present at this time and also now toilet isn’t rocking. Caulked around base of toilet and cleaned up work area.

Only water pressure is fine in addition to that would have to do some re-piping to accommodate a thermal expansion tank would have to replace the gas flex line and replace the sediment trap to the gas at this time. The customer is only looking for an estimate.

The water pressure reading that I got was 150 psi CUSTOMER technically needs a black tag PRV however none are available at the moment. They are on backorder for the next three months in addition to that we can’t have a customer without water for three months so therefore one has been quoted for just a normal PRV at this time the customer was wanting a warranty longer than a year. He was wanting a lifetime warranty and that is not something that we offer at this time. CUSTOMER said that he would want to call around and check with other companies warranties to see if he can get a lifetime warranty.
