Came out for a tankless water heater flush. Customer is having a strange noise occur in his house first thing every morning. He showed me the video of the sound and I do not believe it has anything to do with the tankless water heater. It sounded more like a garage door opening. He believed maybe the noise was coming from the tankless and it needed to be flushed. I recommended to rule out the water heater that before he goes to bed to just unplug the tankless water heater and see if the noise still occurs. Gave quote options to flush the water heater. Miscommunication occurred between dispatch and the homeowner where homeowner was informed we would come give a free quote. We do free quotes for water heater replacements only, and this homeowner was looking to have his existing water heater serviced and not replaced. Waived the dispatch fee due to the miscommunication being on our part. No further issue at this time. Homeowner wants to look into possibly flushing the water heater himself

After removing toilet install new customer supplied toilet 2 piece with new wax ring, new toilet bolts, and new supply line. Install new toilet stop valve and test new toilet for proper operation and leaks. Clean workspace Had to carefully break apart toilet to remove. Removed working top from toilet and installed in bathroom with harder access as requested by customer. Removed toilet with easier access and installed new Kohler skirted toilet. Working and flushing well. No leaks after work completed
