Auger toilet that has been given customer issue for over a month now. Other fixture drains in bathroom are not backing up and not causing any gurgling in toilet in question. Three-quarter inch pressure valve is Currently leaking. Shut down water to home and replace three-quarter inch watt PRV. Slowly pressurize system and test for leaks. Replace 2.5 gallon thermal expansion tank that is compromised.

Water showing up in basement by laundry room and bathroom slab. Downstairs bathroom is built up 8” on a slab. Informed customer after running everything in base,ent water started coming out of the slab. Informed customer we could do an under slab leak detection so I sent restoration out. They will be out in the morning and let me know what they find. Could not tell where the leak was 100%. Once they detect it or find it we will call customer to give quote on job.

Professional, reasonable price, and good service. Juan and his partner came to do a sewer scope to diagnose an odor issue and checked my air vents in the attic and street side manholes. We found a potential issue in my garage attic connected to the water boiler that could have been causing a major problem. Nice guys, helpful and clean/courteous.

Juan was very helpful in diagnosing a sewage smell issue that had been happening for several months. He answered all my questions during the sewer scope and his partner checked the vents and manholes to see if there were any issues that we might have missed. They weren’t able to find anything but gave me the video and advice I needed to pursue the issue further with the city or test my water boiler’s exhaust. Professional, reasonable price, and good service.

Jetting main drain from accessible clean-out. While expertly performed, Chen Plumbing does not guarantee using water jetting will clear the blockage. If the blockage is cleared, Chen plumbing does not guarantee that using the water jet is a long term solution, as it may only be a temporary fix. The best solution, if the pipe is old, is a complete drain repipe.

Yesterday afternoon, I replaced the faulty cartridge in a Moen single-handle shower valve for a customer. I began by shutting off the water supply and carefully removing the existing cartridge. I then installed a new genuine Moen replacement cartridge, ensuring proper alignment and sealing. After reassembling the valve, I turned the water back on and tested the shower for smooth operation and leaks. The customer now has a fully functional, drip-free shower valve.
