Upon arrival, customers experiencing no hot water. After inspection, noticed pilot light would not stay lit. Current water heater is 10 years old. Recommended replacement of water heater. provided customer with estimates. Customer approved estimate for a replacement for a 40 gallon gas water heater tall 12 year warranty. Installed new water heater, installed with new ball valve and expansion tank. Strapped expansion tank. Water heater is lit and working properly at departure. No leaks at departure.

Inspected plumbing in crawl space and all fixtures. Recommend replacing water heater in crawl. Told Customer that it would cost $3000.87to replace water heater. There are no leaks at this time. Dishwasher is not connected and customer will have new dishwasher installed if house is purchased.
