Diagnosed toilet stopped up. After further inspection only toilet appears to have issue. Notice lots of toilet paper in bowl. Used auger and cleared stoppage in toilet in hall bathroom. After clearing tested thoroughly and no additional issues found with toilet. Recommend holding buttons down on flush to get a much better flush to flush thicker toilet paper

For this job, i came out to take a look at a 40 gallon gas water heater, in the basement of the home. The issue at hand was the water heater was leaking from the bottom, of the unit. It was still supply hot water at times, however it was due to a replacement. Given the age of the unit and the leak I recommend to a replacement. At this time I provided an estimate to replace the 40 to a 40 and a 40 to a 50. We checked the water pressure and it read at 55psi, no issues with the water pressure at this time. At this time I provided the estimates, the customer has another quotes for install. One of the other quotes were for 300 bucks installed not including the heater. At this time estimate only.

Incredible responsiveness on a Sunday night after 8pm.we came back from SC to a flooded kitchen, basement ceiling tile below saturated wirh water and several on the floor that had broken. Water dripping into the basement kitchen. Crawl space and rec room ' quite the fiasco! Mr Chen came, quickly diagnosed seversl.problems, got right to work, and helped us determine additional resources we would need. Problems were fixed, recommendations made fior more work to prevent the next disaster - all done courteously, patiently and professionally by someone we had never met. I had seen previous recommendations in a local FB group and it was all true. Highly recommended!
