Customer stated that there was no cold water in downstairs shower. Tested and water was only getting lukewarm and hot in the cold. Recommended cartridge replacement and customer agreed. Went ahead and replaced cartridge and tested. Now shower is working properly and is getting both hot and cold water. Also, customer mentioned that sink upstairs restraining slow. Tested by filling out multiple times in dropping in sink was draining fine at the time. Also cleared aerator in kitchen faucet. Cleaned up work area.

Since I got the toilet replaced, I thought there would be more of a discussion on toilet height and efficiency so didn't get a much different one than I had so was disappointed in that. I also had to remind them to check for leaks as that was what the call was for originally. But replacing the toilet was quick.

This was my first time using Chen Plumbing and I was very impressed with the customer service and quality of work. Juan replaced two sump pumps for me. He is professional and very knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done, gave me a fair quote and scheduled an appointment to do the work. He arrived on time for the appointment and ready to work. Juan has a great personality and was a pleasure to work with. If I need plumbing service in the future, I will request Juan.
