Checked continuity on all three elements to double check and element number three was indeed bad. Replaced the heating element provided by the customer and tested continuity on element. Double checked all three again and all three elements are in the same range of continuity. Purged entire home of air and waterlines before turning on tankless. Tested tankless for leaks none present upon departure. Tested every fixture in house to make sure that water was hot enough for customers liking. Cody was great today! He thoroughly investigated our leak to make sure that we got to the root of the problem. He then presented several options to fix the issue and gave a detailed explanation of how each would work. Not to mention, he fixed the issue efficiently in a timely manner. Im really glad that we signed up for a Chen membership today!

Chase did an excellent job servicing my home after I had a HORRIBLE experience with another company. He was able to give me a solution same day and fix most of my problem the same day when another company said that they wouldn't be able to. The company can be pricey of course, but it's worth it for good service. Thank you so much Chase!
