Water leak upon arrival. Customer stated the center block wall had water coming out, even before the rain. After looking at the customers water meter it was spinning, showing there was a leak. Looked around the house for a crawlspace to access this area and there is no crawlspace. Recommend customer have leak detection out to see if they can locate the leak in the slab or where it exactly is.

Highly recommend Shawn Bush with Chen Plumbing! Shawn arrived within the time period provided and came fully prepared to tackle the drainage issues we were having with two of our sinks. When he ran into some unexpected "unknowns" during the job, he didn't skip a beat. He provided detailed, expert advice on the necessary corrections and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He successfully cleared the lines and got everything draining perfectly again. He left the work area clean. If you want a plumber who is transparent, and professional, ask for Shawn!

Shane came out to install a gas line for my dryer. He was efficient and made sure I knew what was happening at every step of the way. He even made me aware that the water pressure coming into my house was broken and replaced the valve as well. All the other companies did not mention this but Shane took me to the crawlspace to show me. All services costed $1800 approx whereas other companies were charging me 2k for the gas pipe alone. They are my go to plumbers, highly recommend.
