Finish job came out to take a look at an issue with a recirculating pump and upon further evaluation I took a look at a few different things. The recirculating pump no longer works and trips the GCfi breaker, the customer needs to get the pump replaced. Also the water heater is from 2017. I recommended to do a replacement and replace the pump in the heater. More importantly the thermal expansion tank also needs to be replaced so I gave different options and solutions of what we could do. The customer also asked about tankless so therefore I gave a tankless estimate as well at this time CUSTOMER just wanted an estimate.
