Snake the main sewer line through the cleanout Upon arrival, the customer reported a clogged toilet on the main level with water leaking from the base of the toilet. The customer had attempted plunging the toilet multiple times without success. After inspecting the situation, I recommended checking the exterior sewer cleanout to determine whether there was a blockage in the main sewer line. Upon opening the cleanout, I found it completely full of water, indicating a mainline blockage. I explained the available options to the customer, including hydro jetting or attempting to clear the line with a sewer machine. The customer elected to proceed with snaking the line first to see if we could restore proper drainage. We ran the sewer machine through the exterior cleanout and retrieved multiple sets of wipes from the sewer line. After removing the debris from the cable, we ran the machine through the line again to ensure the blockage was cleared. We were successful in restoring proper fl

I called to ask that a short piece of copper pipe be sweated onto a stub so I could hook up a ice maker water line. When he arrived he told me he would cold press it with his new $3,000.00 tool. He quoted me almost $400 to do that This took all of literally two minutes. I said that was way too much and he dropped it to $350 which was still too much I finally got him to to $200, which I thought was still entirely overpriced for a two minute fix. I am located in his service area and he did come quickly on a Saturday early evening but I think his prices are extremely high and I would not use him again based on that. This was a very simple fix and I was paying already $49 for the service call. So it cost me $150 for him to him do 2 minutes of work. I didn't have water and was desperate and he did show up in a hurry but I paid for that. And his new tool apparently!!!

Excellent overall service. Appointment confirmation text, a phone call to say they were on their way (including the name and picture of my service tech), took care of my initial issue, but had them do some preventative work that they suggested (I agreed, and I have basic plumbing skills). Also was respectful of wearing shoe protection in the house, and cleaned up the work area when finished. Even had a follow-up call from the office to confirm my issues were addressed. Outstanding communication. Would absolutely use them again...

Dawson did an amazing job and was very personable! He was very explanatory of what was needed which I appreciated. I do think the overall company was overpriced, but that has nothing to do with Dawson.
