Snake the main sewer line through the cleanout Upon arrival, the customer reported a clogged toilet on the main level with water leaking from the base of the toilet. The customer had attempted plunging the toilet multiple times without success. After inspecting the situation, I recommended checking the exterior sewer cleanout to determine whether there was a blockage in the main sewer line. Upon opening the cleanout, I found it completely full of water, indicating a mainline blockage. I explained the available options to the customer, including hydro jetting or attempting to clear the line with a sewer machine. The customer elected to proceed with snaking the line first to see if we could restore proper drainage. We ran the sewer machine through the exterior cleanout and retrieved multiple sets of wipes from the sewer line. I spent my Sunday drying floors and draining my broken water heater and was referred to Chen Plumbing by my parents who had Tim replace a couple water heaters and performed service and repairs over their decades in their home. I requested service on Chen Plumbing's website once I had the leaks under control. I received a call within an hour for options to come immediately or the next morning. Dawson arrived early Monday morning, quickly diagnosed the problem, provided a reasonable quote, and had the install completed by lunch - and was a marked improvement over the previous system and job. They left the utility closet in better and cleaner shape than it was before my water heater broke. I would highly recommend Chen Plumbing, and Dawson!

Cody Ard was the technician to service my home for a clogged toilet. Cody came equipped and ready to work. He used a special camera to see what caused the clogged to verify if and all was cleared from the drain line so that it want happen again . Cody is the man for the job.

Bought new fridge. Old waterlines were out of code. Called around 2 pm. They had someone out within an hour. Excellent work. Very informative. Explained everything he did and showed me the work.
