Recirc pump not working upon arrival. Customer stated the hot water is taking a lot longer than it used to. After looking at tankless and talking on the phone with Rheem tech support the tech support stated the pump had failed. Informed customer we would need to replace the pump. Gave customer estimate, customer approved estimate. Pump will need to be ordered, will return once the pump comes in to install it.

Cody was a pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, thorough and a good communicator. The work will be done tomorrow. Next day - He spent several hours replacing my water heater. He explained everything to me and did all he said he would do. Very efficient and easy to communicate with. He obviously takes pride in his work. I highly recommend Cody.
