Customer called us out for annual home inspection. Upon arrival, customer informed the office that he just wanted to do the camera inspection since he just got his tankless water heater flush recently. He also has an appointment next year in March for the whole Home inspection. Spoke with office to let them know that whole house inspection will be done in March of next year. I also noticed that the Home pressure was at the maximum safety rating at 80 psi, informed customer and would like me to send him a quote to replace the whole house shut off and pressure reducing valve.
