Upon arrival, the initial concern was a constantly dripping shower valve. Before proceeding with a full replacement of the stems on the three-handle shower valve, I wanted to inspect the existing stems to determine whether the issue could be resolved by replacing the washers. During inspection, I discovered that the cold-water stem was missing a washer, which was likely contributing to the constant dripping. Rather than immediately replacing both stems, I replaced the washers on the back of the hot and cold stems to see if this would resolve the issue. After completing the repair, the dripping stopped, and the valve is currently functioning properly. I allowed approximately 5–10 minutes for the area to dry and monitored the repair. At this time, there are no active leaks. The tub spout is functioning properly, with only a small amount of residual water remaining. Both stems are in good working condition and do not currently require replacement. Recommendation: I recommend monitorin

Excellent Plumbing Service from Start to Finish! I recently had plumbing work done from the main line to my house, and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Mr. Shawn Bush was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain each step of the process, checked for any underlying issues, and made sure everything was done correctly and safely. The quality of the work was outstanding. He worked efficiently, kept the area clean, and completed the job within the expected time. After the installation, they tested everything thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks or problems. Within a range if 5 to 10 mins. Cody and Christian worked together and determined the source of the issues I was facing when it comes to plumbing and water leakage. They advised, walked me through and assisted me with my questions and pricing. Fantastic work, customer service, empathy, and communication. They actually seemed very concern that this was happening to me and was adamant about helping and fixing the cause of the issue. Would definitely recommend. 10/10 around the board. Will definitely request they come back out to fix the plumbing underneath the house once I have the resources to submit the request.

I found Chen plumbing on thumbtack and the service has been top notch. Luz was great at communicating through the process and Braulio came to inspect the house the same day I called. I had a pretty bad leak from our service line outside with water pooling in my yard. Even though he already had jobs lined up, he offered to fix it the following day. Honoring his word, he came the next day and worked into the night. I have a lot of respect for him because we both knew it would be a tough job. Absolute A+ from my standpoint.
