Upon arrival, the customer stated that they were experiencing an unpleasant odor coming from the backyard area near the existing gray water tanks. After discussing the customer's concerns and evaluating the existing drainage setup, discussed a potential solution to eliminate the use of the existing gray water tanks and redirect the wastewater into the home's main sewer system. Recommended rerouting the existing drain lines currently discharging into the gray water tanks and tying them directly into the main sewer line. The proposed work would also include properly capping off the existing gray water tanks once the drain lines have been disconnected and rerouted. Explained that this would eliminate the existing discharge into the gray water tanks and allow the wastewater to drain through the home's main sewer system instead. Provided the customer with an estimate outlining the proposed drain line modifications, connection to the main sewer line, and capping of the existing gray water

Chen plumbing is the best. First helped with septic to sewer conversation in 2021, wow! Monday I found out I had a crack in my 1972 cast iron pipe that was leaking under the house. They took my call and were there in 40 minutes. Worked all day to replace this old pipe and Y connection. A beast of a job finishing up at 7PM. Paid the quoted price, and a nice follow upcall the next day! Chen for the Win!

Solid communication and competency. Technician Simeon leveraged his experience to properly identify the true cause of a problem another company misidentified. I still dont like flat rates that seemingly dont have any connection to actual time and materials, but unfortunately that is in industry practice these days Wish a company would go back to time and material cost as a marketing distinctive - they would grow fast
