Shan was great. Very thorough and explained everything.

Our technician, Christian, was amazing with great communication and follow-up

We appreciated Coby's explanations and the thoroughness of his work. Very personable and was clear he knew what he was doing. We'll call on Tim Chen Plumbing again! Thank you!

I've been using Chen Plumbing for over seven years. The work is always excellent. This was as well. A suggestion: when wall board must be cut, offer the customer a choice to seal the hole on their own, or cut the hole a standard size to install an access door. Carry access doors in the truck. Less stressful for the customer, and no issue trying to then find a dependable repair person.

Excellent work very knowledgeable and trustworthy

Quick and excellent service from this company!

I called Chen after our water heater dumped its contents out in our basement - they were out with an hour and Christian did a phenomenal job of swapping out our unit. He clearly explained the process and what he recommended, and did an amazing job for us. It really felt like he treated our house like his own and made sure the end result was excellent - I could tell it would pain him if he didnt do a job he could be proud of. Hes also the only person weve had work on our house who was meticulous in ensuring our carpet remained clean and he pointed out other issues in my house as he went. Were big fans now and he will be the first call I make for any plumbing issue going forward.

Scheduling with Chen Plumbing has been so easy and there is always a courtesy call/text when the tech is on the way, which has been very helpful when scheduling work for my personal home, as well as my clients homes (interior designer). For this service call in particular, our tech, Matthew, was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable, explained everything to myself & client giving options, and completed the work in a timely and efficient manner. Would highly recommend!

Chen Plumbing gave top notch service! The communication from Elisa and Leo was absolutely fantastic. Incredible customer service! Simeon, the plumber/tech, did an amazing job. Super knowledgable, professional, helpful, and friendly. We had a leak and ended up needing to replace our water line to the house, which was not fun, but Simeon and his co-worker did an amazing job, and performed the work thoroughly but quickly (in 1 day). The company also gives a 5 year transferable warranty on the parts and labor, which is really great. Overall, one of the best plumbing experiences we've ever had, highly recommend this company! Update: We hired CP for a different job at our new place and they were amazing again. Victor was our tech this time, and he was excellent! He was such a pro, so knowledgeable and really friendly. Love that we found a reliable plumbing company with so many wonderful people on staff.

Simeon was fantastic. Very professional, on time, and got the job done quick. Highly recommend.
