Job Locations and Reviews

Upon arrival, found the existing garbage disposal leaking. Customer requested removal of the disposal and confirmed they no longer wished to see it. Provided the customer with the option to remove the garbage disposal and reconfigure the kitchen sink drain system. Customer approved the work. Upon completion, performed 3 separate drain test to verify proper drainage and check for leaks. No leaks were observed at the time of testing. All plumbing work performed is functioning as intended at this time. Cleaned and removed debris from the work area, leaving the workplace neat upon completion.

Matthew came out to flush out my tankless water heater yesterday. Can't say enough good things about his service - passionate about what he does, friendly, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Matthew also took a look at a couple of other items that I had questions about and left me with some thoughtful insight about additional preventive work we need to consider. I plan to approve that estimate in the next couple days. I really hope gets to come back out to do the work - 5+ stars.

Brylen and the team provided excellent service. They were very punctual and attentive, and diagnosed. The root of my problem came with a game plan. It was fixed within two hours, and above and beyond to make sure that everything was working correctly, I cant say anything but great things about Chen Plumbing

Great experience! Our tech (named Cody) did a fab job. Service was quick, sensitive to times that worked for us, and rescheduled promptly after we experienced a power outage that disrupted our original service time.
