Review
Highly recommend this company for your plumbing repair needs. Good plumbers and good customer service. Prices are reasonable and fair. I have used their services twice now; the most recent service date commentary is below. October 9, 2026: Plumber Bruce Seth performed labor intensive excellent service to repair my home drain line on October 8 at a reasonable price and was very detailed in his diagnosis of the problem and detailed in his written description of the repair which will be needed if my home goes on the market in the near future. The company also subsequently provided me a written letter to support that the work was completed per code so I would have the necessary documentation for my home ownership records. I will definitely be using their services again.
Terry Carter - Atlanta, GA 30316

Dawson was great, very knowledgeable and worked really hard to figure out what was going on. He pulled out all the stops. You can tell he really cares about solving whatever the root cause of the problem is. Although the cause of the water damage still remains an issue, Dawson tried everything to solve the mystery and ultimately pointed us in the right direction. Very clear communication throughout
Katie Keung - Atlanta, GA 30340
Response from Chen Plumbing:

Thank you, Katie, for your wonderful feedback! We're glad to hear that Dawson's dedication and communication made a positive impact. Your appreciation means a lot to us!
