Very friendly and responsive. Identified source of underground leak. They'll be back tomorrow to replace my line and I will come back to update this review at that time. Update 2/6/2025: They came back the next day and laid a brand new line from my meter to my home. Very professional and friendly crew. They cleaned up well after themselves and the work was completed in one day. Overall very satisfied with Chen Plumbing.

Cody was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is honest, communicates effectively and gets the job done in the most efficient way possible. Price gouging plus have to pay $49 just to get an estimate. Plus they sent a kid out, Simeon, who didn't even know what he was doing. I asked him if he had ever installed a whole house water system and he said he hadn't. But he was ready to quote almost $2000 for the install!
N Sanders - Alpharetta, GA 30022
Response from Chen Plumbing:

I understand your frustration regarding the pricing and the estimate fee. Please feel free to reach out via text or call if you'd like to discuss this further or if there's anything else we can assist you with.
