Tim was knowledgable, efficient, and pleasant. So easy to work with and I’m very happy with all of our repairs.

First time using Chen Plumbing and it was an excellent experience. From the fact that they worked me in same day, had professional to a follow up call to ensure the service met our needs, a really pleasant experience. Will definitely call on the again.

These guys are the real deal, honest and professional.

Great service and communication. Juan went above and beyond and adapted to the changes I threw at him with grace and efficiency. There was a very minor timing/scheduling issue but I will take a small wrinkle like that any day for the great service. Definitely going to use again.

Technician was friendly, on time and explained the issue. Didn't try to hard sell a expensive solution. Got us back up and running and suggested a solution for future issues. Have used Chin Plumbing before and will keep using them. Fair pricing, quick and quality work!

Cody and Josh helped us with a bathroom leak and water heater problem. Codys explanations were understandable and thorough. We would highly recommend Tim Chen plumbing to anyone needing plumbing services.

Did a quality job. Professional and honest.

Cody was one of the best contractors I've ever had. He took the time to understand the situation and what we had tried so far, explained what he was going to do and why, did not seem hurried or put off by our questions. Very pleasant to talk to, and even enjoyed meeting our dogs.

Sept '24: Chen Plumbing is very professional and prompt in responses. Cody is awesome!...honest, fair and insightful. Oct '24: Eric is a blast. He's like a Renaissance man who does plumbing. Definitely working with this team again! Oct '25: Simon was great!...very friendly, professional and easily resolved my toilet issue. Definitely calling Chen Plumbing again!

I contacted Chen Plumbing based on recommendations I had read on local social media. I was extremely pleased with Eric Turners expertise and thoroughness. He went the extra mile to make sure that the job had the correct parts, and that all was up to code. He explained everything thoroughly, and cleaned up the work area. Very pleased!

Juan did a project at our house today and was fantastic! He called in advance, showed up when he said he would, and explained everything to us and was just super friendly and knowledgeable. We love Tim Chen plumbing and Juan was fantastic!

I had a great experience with Cody for a pipe repair. He arrived right on schedule, was professional, and very knowledgeable. What stood out was his honesty; he provided an upfront estimate and later adjusted it down when the repair didn't require as much work as anticipated, which is rare in my experience. Highly recommended for trustworthy and efficient service.
