Customer called us out because they had a three handle shower valve that was not functioning properly. Customer also wanted to change tub drain stopper, and overflow plate to a newer one. gave customer quote to replace three handle shower valve with a single handle Moen Posey temp shower valve. Informed customer that tile in the front would have to be cut out and covered with a renovation plate. Customer approved of all work furnished and installed a Moen Posey temp single handle with renovation plate, top spout, and showerhead. Tested for leaks no leaks at time of departure. We will return with the correct parts for the tub drain assembly as we could not find parts. Informed customer that we will come back later to install tub drain stopper once we find correct parts.
