For this job I conducted a thorough evaluation of the plumbing system and found a leaking toilet flange, Pablo also had other concerns with the main drain line for that bathroom group potentially having an improper slope I advised Pablo to have us run a camera down the toilet to see if there are any other underlying issues causing the blockage Thank you for choosing Chen plumbing! We look forward to serving you again!

I was well informed as the men did exploratory examinations of both the problematic toilet and the water heater. They promptly and professionally went straight to work on the toilet and, when finished, left the area clean and tidy. I'm very pleased with this experience.
