We had a water leak outside within a couple feet of the the water meter. Elisa at Chen Plumbing promptly answered the call late Monday afternoon. She was professional and clearly relayed to us what to expect. There is no dispatch fee (which was a plus) and they provide a free estimate. Matthew came out the next morning and assessed the situation, provided us with an estimate, and we decided to go with Chen Plumbing. After a short dig, Matthew quickly found the leak, which was mainly caused by what the builder used during the original install about 9 years ago. The problem was corrected and we are all pleased. We very much enjoyed the conversations we had with Matthew while he was out here!! He was patient and answered our questions with pleasure. Thank you again to everyone at Chen Plumbing!

Had another great experience with Chen's plumbing today. Max did a fabulous job explaining his work, what the issues were and how he would address them Except for time getting a few parts, everything was done quickly and professionally. And the two toilets are back to perfect working order. Max also cleaned up so well that I would have had a hard time knowing he was there if I hadn't seen the tank parts laid out carefully on the floor just 30 minutes before. This is my 3rd time using Chen's Plumbing. I will call them again if the need arises and will recommend them to family and friends

Max from Chen Plumbing was fantastic. A few years ago, they came out to quote running a gas line for a pool heater and pointed out that I already had one, saving me from paying $600 quoted by another company. This time, I actually needed their services. They were prompt on the initial visit, offered a fair price, and completed the job on time. After jackhammering a concrete pad, they realized the work was less extensive than anticipated and charged me less than the agreed amount. I hope I won't need their services again, but if I do, they will be my only call.

Dawson and James did a great job running a new supply line into our basement after the original burst. Dawson went out of his way to keep us safe in the future by adding a more accessible shut off valve and putting a sleeve over the new line due to the proximity to the sewage pipe. He offered a reasonable quote and performed the fix immediately.

Friendly and punctual. Patient with troubleshooting my industrial stove to make sure work was done safely. Even gave me some tips regarding my health in terms of things gas can emit. Offered honest suggestions for my home unrelated to todays work! Would definitely reach out to Chen Plumbing and Eric for future needs as a homeowner!
