Sewage ejection pump having to be manually turned on upon arrival. Customer stated he has been having to manually turn the pump on to get it to work properly. After looking at pump noticed the basin lid busted and it not having a vent at all. Informed customer of my concerns and gave customer multiple options to fix everything or just do the pump.

Im not big on writing reviews, but this experience I felt the need to share of potential customers. My experience with Chen Plumbing was exceptional. Let me start off by saying that Plummer Juan arrived on time ,contacted me via phone as soon entered the property. He entered the basement and was attentive while I explain my plans for the basement. He proceeds to looking at the existing plumbing, providing me in great details showing me where the existing plumbing installed would have future issues and how it could be correct. I truly appreciated his honesty his confidence and assuring me on the corrects that need to so there will be no issues once job is complete. Juan the Plummer was once again punctual , professional, clear communication, provided me with a free estimate before he left my property. I give this experience a five star, I cant say enough on how I truly appreciate todays experience
