Alex from Chen Plumbing quickly identified the problem with our shower and offered a couple of repair options.
Cody responded to a leaky faucet in my older home. Both bathrooms will need new faucets. He took pictures, made a detailed assessment and emailed an estimate. I had a lot of confidence in his projected plans for faucet replacement in both baths.
Chen Plumbing and Technician Cody provided excellent customer service by letting me know exactly when he would be here and fitting in with my schedule. Later, they called to check on how well the project went. Great follow-up! Wonderful customer service from beginning to end and great care and concern by Tech Cody.
