Came out for a leak on the tub. Arrived and met with homeowner and inspected what was occurring. Provision was out and had cut the cold supply to the bath tub out, but there was a slow drip coming down the line. I identified that the way the tub valves are connected, the hot and cold piping are connected to temper the water for the waterfall spout. It appears that the handle for the hot side was either not holding back water completely, or had been slightly rotated, which allowed water to slowly seep down the valve and come out of the spout, as well as was slowly coming out of the disconnected cold side piping. The bath tub also had water in it due to the spout slowly dripping which accumulated in the tub because the pop up drain was closed. I received approval to disconnect the hot side piping as well and cap that off as well. I also used a shop vac to pull out as much remaining water that was sitting in the copper pipes as I could. Wife’s lavatory faucet had a loose cartridge causing it to leak when used. Removed the handle and secured the cartridge in place and reinstalled 5e handle. Tightened down the nut for the spout as I found that was also loose. The other master bathroom lavatory faucet had a loose handle on the hot side that I also tightened down. This was unrelated to the previous work I did. No further issue at this time.
Fast, professional and friendly. I strongly recommend!

Prompt service qualify technicians!
Got service within a day. Marcos and his buddy were great. Explained what was going on clearly. Although they found and fixed the problem very quickly, they continued to work with the manufacturer on the phone to try to find out why it had happened so that it wouldn't just come back.
I discovered water leaking next to the front door last night, but I don't know how long it's been leaking. I was really worried, so I contacted someone, and they came this morning as quickly as possible and handled it promptly. Since I’m a tenant, I need to bill the landlord's company, so I asked for a detailed report of the work done, and they provided it. I was really concerned because I have a trauma from water leaks, but I’m so grateful they took care of it quickly and efficiently. I’m gonna recommend Chen Plumbing company to my friends. I’m really appreciate it.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave an excellent rating. We really appreciate your business.
